All returns must be in new and unused condition and include all original packaging. We will issue a full refund of the purchase price, minus any applicable taxes and shipping charges.

5. Warranty Shutter Door warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non–transferable. If a product fails to perform as warranted, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
